含氟乳液型纸张施胶剂的合成及作用机理 被引量:2

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯(FEA)为共聚单体,异丙醇(IPA)为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作油溶性引发剂,利用无皂乳液聚合法制备出全氟丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。系统研究了含氟乳液用作表面施胶剂的用量对纸张性能的影响和表面施胶的作用机理,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其进行了表征。结果表明:当m(St)∶m(BA)∶m(FEA)∶m(DMC)=3∶3∶2∶1.2,含氟量达到22%时,纸张的防水防油性较佳,表面强度、抗张强度、耐折度和耐破度等物理性能分别提高了45.2%、9.3%、22.2%和7.8%。 The waterborne cationic perfluorinated acrylate soap-free emulsion was prepared using styrene( St),butyl acrylate( BA),methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride( DMC),perfluorinated alkyl ethyl acrylate( FEA) as monomers and using azobisisobutyronitrile( AIBN) and as initiator and isopropyl alcohol as solvent. The effects on the properties and mechanism of surface sizing in paper of the content of fluorinated emulsion as surface sizing agent were investigated. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis( TGA),differential scanning calorimeter( DSC). The experimental results show that the water / oil repellency of paper are good when the ratio is m( St) ∶ m( BA) ∶ m( FEA) ∶ m( DMC) = 3 ∶3 ∶ 2 ∶ 1. 2 and the optimum contents of FEA is 22%. The increase of surface strength,tensile strength,folding strength and bursting strength are 45. 2%,9. 3%,22. 2% and 7. 8%.
