摘要
将Aspen Plus工艺流程模拟软件应用在HFC-134a产品精馏塔,通过模拟得出原有精馏塔具备分离纯度达99.99%以上HFC-134a产品的能力,并且分析精馏塔操作压力、操作温度、回流比、进料量等参数变化后对塔其他参数的变化影响,并在此基础上,通过分析压力变化塔热负荷改变,提出该精馏塔操作压力优化值,降低装置运行成本,柔性化生产出满足市场需要的不同品质的产品,增强产品市场竞争力,提高装置运行效率。
Aspen Plus process simulation software was applied in HFC-134 a product rectifying tower. It was found that the original rectifying tower has the ability to get high purity of HFC-134 a product of more than99. 99% through the simulation. Then the change of pressure,operating temperature,reflux ratio,feed rate leading to the change of other parameters were analysised. On this basis,through the analysis of pressure change leading to the heat load change,the optimal value of operating pressure was proposed,inorde to reduce the unit cost and produce different quality of products to meet the market,enhance products competitiveness and improve the efficiency of the device.
