摘要
纳米羟基磷灰石具有良好的骨传导性、骨诱导性和生物相容性,因此被广泛应用于修复骨缺损;但其强度和韧性较低,导致适用范围缩小,如何提高性能成为研究热点。本文就纳米羟基磷灰石复合人工骨的研究作一综述。
Nano-hydroxyapatite have favourable osteoconductivity osteoinductivity and biocompatibility been widely used as repairing bone defects; but the strength and toughness of low,leading to narrowing the scope of application. It is hot spots to improve performance. Study on Nano-hydroxyapatite composite artificial bone in this article for a summary.
