海洋石油102通过对一级分离器虹吸管改造、二级分离器加装导流槽、双介质滤器滤料换型等改造创新,实现了对生产污水的综合治理,大幅提高了设备利用率及处理效率,处理后的污水达到了回注标准。确保上游平台"注好水"的同时,也保证了外输质量及油田群的产量。
HYSY102 is a FPSO. It does many jobs to guarantee the quality of injection water. Include the alteration of the first stage separator,installing groove to the second stage separator,changing filter type of the dual media filter. The effect is remarkable. First,greatly improves the utilization rate of equipment and processing efficiency,the oily water meeting the re- injection standard; more importantly,also to ensure the crude oil transportation and the production of oilfield group.
