In this paper, the earthing and bonding of 400VDC ICT equipment in data and telecom center are described, including the earthing and bonding network of building, the bonding network of ICT equipment, the interconnection between these two networks and the 400V DC power system earthing arrangement. These processing methods of earthing and boding may also be applicable for ICT equipment in other locations, e.g. subscriber＇s building, radio base stations（BTS）,etc.
