一种双U形缺陷地结构低通滤波器的设计

摘要 基于双U形缺陷地结构设计了一种低通滤波器。首先利用三维电磁场仿真软件分析了双U形DGS结构的S参数频响特性,然后利用该DGS结构加工制作了DGS结构低通滤波器,实验室测得该滤波器3 d B截止频率为3.26 GHz,通带范围内波纹最大是0.4 d B。插入损耗大于20 d B的阻带宽度为5.2 GHz。 A low-pass filter using double U-shaped defected ground structure( DGS) is proposed in this paper. The frequency characteristics of the DGS are simulated with three-dimension electromagnetic field analysis software. Then a low-pass filter using DGS is designed and fabricated. The measured 3 d B cutoff frequency is 3. 26 GHz with 0. 4 d B ripple level. The rejection bandwidth of the insertion loss more than 20 d B is 5. 2 GHz.
