摘要
利用机理模型计算的石灰加入量与实际加入量有很大偏差,针对这一问题提出一种改进的转炉炼钢石灰加入量计算方法。采用机理模型计算历史炉次的石灰加入量,并求解该计算结果与实际加入量的偏差;然后,使用灰色算法预报当前炉次的石灰加入量偏差,并建立残差序列进行修正;使用修正偏差与当前炉次机理石灰加入量计算值求和,结果即为修正后的石灰加入量。用该方法对一座50t转炉的历史石灰加入量数据进行仿真,结果显示对石灰加入量的预报有很好的精度,可以满足实际生产的需求。
The deviation amount of lime between mechanism model's calculation and actual amount is always large. In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a method to improve the amount of lime. We use mechanism model to calculate the amount of lime for history furnaces,and solve the deviation between the calculation results and the actual amount joined; then use the gray algorithm to forecast the current for the amount of lime furnace time deviation,and establish the residual sequence modification to improve deviation.Finally,the modified deviation makes up the mechanism model calculation values,the result is adjusted for the amount of lime. A real production data of 50 t converter are simulated by this method,the results show that the prediction of lime addition amount has good accuracy and can meet the needs of actual production.
