液化石油气球罐裂纹的分析及处理 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了扬子石化芳烃厂储运车间2台液化石油气球罐的运行状况,在装置停车大检修检验过程中发现裂纹,分析了裂纹产生的原因,指出裂纹的产生是加工高硫原油后液化气中H2S含量高,在湿H2S环境下的应力腐蚀引起。重点介绍了球罐消氢热处理方案,裂纹的修复过程,阐述了防止液化气球罐产生裂纹的对策及防范措施。并提出对原料进行脱硫处理,对关键设备和管道等进行材质升级改造,以保证在役液化气球罐的安全使用。 This article introduces the operating conditions of two LPG storage tanks in Yangzi Petrochemical Aromatics plant. Cracks were discovered during the overhaul and test process of the units. The article analyzes the causes for the cracks. It highlights the hydrogen elimination and heat treatment of the spherical tank and the repair process of the cracks. The article points out that the cracks are caused by stress corrosion due to the wet H2 S environment because the H2 S content is high in the liquefied gas resulting from sour crude oil processing. It expounds the countermeasures and preventive measures for the cracks of LPG spherical tank. This article also suggests carrying out desulfurization for the raw materials and upgradinand revamping the materials for key equipment anpipelines so as to ensure the safe use of the in-servicLPG spherical tank.
