摘要
中国石化沧州分公司120万t/a催化裂化装置利用壳牌CANSOLV清洁可再生脱硫技术脱除再生烟气中的SO2。装置投用后,运行状况良好,再生烟气中SO2浓度由600 mg/m3降低到22 mg/m3,脱除率超过96%,每天可减排SO22 t左右,硫磺回收装置再将减排的SO2回收利用,降低了运行成本。该技术工艺简单,脱硫原理简单,操作弹性大,能通过预留手段满足未来更加严格的污染物限排指标,主要消耗为低压蒸汽。该设施对入口烟气条件要求高,一次性投资较大。
The 1. 2 million t / a FCC unit in SINOPEC Cangzhou Branch Company adopted Shell CANSOLV Flue Gas Desulfurization( FGD) technology to remove SO2 in fuel gas. After the unit was put into use,it has been running well. The SO2 concentration in the flue gas was reduced from approximately 600 mg / m3to22 mg / m3 and the desulfurization rate was over 96%.SO2 emission load could be reduced about 2 tons per day. Then the sulfur recovery unit recycled the SO2 and this reduced the operation cost. The process and the desulfurization principles are simple. And the operation is flexible. By means of reserving,more stringent pollutant emission limitation targets in the future can be met and the main consumption is low pressure steam. This facility has high requirements for the inlet flue gas conditions and the capex is large.
