熔盐是化工生产中一种常见的无机热载体,具有较好的热稳定性和较高的传热系数。二甲硫醚合成反应使用熔盐作为热载体提供反应所需温度,并取出反应放出的热量。介绍了熔盐的物性和熔盐系统的组成,详细分析熔盐系统在运行过程中出现的问题,如电加热器熔断、法兰泄漏、熔点升高、循环温降等,以及潜在的危险,并根据生产经验提出应对措施。通过技术改进及优化工艺控制,有效地确保了熔盐系统的安全运行。
Molten salt is a kind of common inorganic heat carrier in chemical production which has good thermal stability and high heat transfer coefficient. The synthetic reaction of dimethyl sulfide using molten salt as heat carrier provides the required reaction temperature and removes the released heat of reaction. This paper introduces the physical properties of molten salt and the composition of molten salt system. It makes a summary analysis on the problems such as the electric heater fuse,leakage of flange,elevation of melting point temperature,cyclic temperature drop during the operation of molten salt system and the potential risks. According to production experience, the paper puts forward the countermeasures. Through technical improvement and optimization of process control measures,safe operation of molten salt system is ensured effectively.
