2015年6月8日国务院新闻办公室（以下简称国新办）发表了《2014年中国人权事业的进展》白皮书（以下简称新白皮书）。这是国新办发表的第12部中国人权白皮书。也是自1991年发布首部白皮书以来，首次连续三年，即2012-2015年，逐年发布的人权白皮书。
The Information Office of the State Council （hereinafter referred to as the Information Office） published the White Paper of Progresses in China＇s Human Rights in 2014 on June 8, 2015 （hereinafter referred to as the new white paper）, which isthe twelfth white paper of China＇s human rights published by the Information Office, and one of the white papers of China＇s human rights running for three consecutive years （2012-2015） for the first time since 1991 when the first white paper waspublished. Like the white paper in 2013, the new white paper is composed of nine sections too.
