2015年4月24日,十二届全国人大常委会第十四次会议表决通过了新修订的食品安全法,新法自10月1起实施,新法共10章154条。新法对8个方面的制度构建进行了修改,其亮点内容有:第一,建立从田间道餐桌的全链条监管,让问题食品无处藏身。新法规定:国家建立食品安全全程追溯制度。食品生产经营者应当依照本法的规定,建立食品安全追溯体系,保证食品可追溯。国家鼓励食品生产经营企业采用资讯化手段采集、留存生产经营资讯。建立食品安全追溯体系。
The newly revised Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted by voting at the fourteenth meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee On April 24, 2015 and will come into effect as of October 1, the new law has 10 chapters and 154 articles. The new law makes revisions on system development in eight aspects, it has the following highlights: First, it establishes the supervision over the whole process from farm field to tables, so that problematic food can't be hidden. The new law provides that the state shall establish traceability system of food safety. Food producers and operators shall establish traceability system of food safety in accordance with the provisions of this law to ensure that food is traceable. The state encourages food production and operation enterprises to collect and restore production and operation information by using information technology and establish traceability system of food safety.
