摘要
最高人民法院近日印发《（关于案例指导工作的规定）实施细则》，进一步明确指导性案例的标准、推荐主体和程序，统一法律适用标准，维护司法公正。加强案例指导工作，是人民法院依法履行审判职责、保证法律统一正确实施、推进司法改革的一项重要内容。
The Supreme People＇s Court recently issued the Guidelines for Implementing the Provisions on Case Guidance, further clarifies the standards, subjects who can recommend guiding case and determination procedure of guiding cases, unifies legal application standards, and safeguards judicial justice. Strengthening the works of guiding cases is one of important contents of people＇s courts to implement their judicial duties according to law, guarantee law can be implemented legally, and promote judicial reform. The Decision of the 4th Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of Communist Party of China points out that, ＂strengthening and regulating judicial interpretations and case guidance, and unifying legal application standards.＂
