杭州市环卫工人生活满意度及影响因素分析

The Analysis of Life Satisfaction and Its Influence Factors of Sanitation Workers in Hangzhou

以杭州市环卫工人为调查对象,利用卡方检验、相关分析、多值Logistic回归模型等统计方法研究杭州市环卫工人生活满意度及其影响因素。结果表明,杭州市环卫工人生活满意度的影响因素主要包括工资情况、住房情况、受尊重情况等。在此基础上,通过访谈调查以进一步了解其生活现状。据此,对改善杭州市环卫工人生活现状提出相应的对策与建议。

The sanitation workers in Hangzhou are chosen to be studied with the chi- squared test,the correlation analysis and the multi- valued logistic regression model so as to investigate their life satisfaction and its influence factors. The result shows that the influence factors of life satisfaction of sanitation workers in Hangzhou are their salary,housing and being respected. On this basis,an interview has been carried out in order to know about their living actuality further,on which some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the living conditions of sanitation workers in Hangzhou.
