摘要
合理优化钱塘江水资源配置,合理开发和节约水资源,实现水资源可持续利用,具有十分重要的意义。通过对2006-2013年钱塘江流域水资源开发利用的相关数据进行统计分析,构建了多目标多层次评价指标体系,应用AHP+TOPSIS模型对进行系统评价。针对存在的问题,结合我省大力推进的"五水共治"重大战略部署,提出了相应的对策建议。
In order to realize the sustainable use of water resources,it is quite essential to optimize the allocation of water resources in the Qiantang River reasonably,develop and save water resources reasonably as well. By analyzing the statistical data of water resources development and utilization in Qiantang River Basin during 2006- 2013,this article constructs a multi- objectives and multi- levels evaluation index system and uses an ＂ AHP ＋ TOPSIS＂ Model to evaluate it systematically. It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,combined with the powerful strategic plan of the ＂ Five Waters Treatment＂ of Zhejiang province,for solving the existing problems.
