特困地区实施精准扶贫的政策措施探讨——以巴中市为例

四川省巴中市残联以实施精准扶贫为重点,以改革体制机制为突破,建立健全工作体系,组织实施残疾人服务工程,探索创新社会机制,在构建有集中连片特困地区特色的残疾人事业体系方面进行了积极探索和实践,取得了一定效果。下一步将进一步坚持规划领先、精准扶贫、搭建沟通桥梁、激活主体、创新体制机制等政策措施、统筹推进特困地区残疾人小康进程。

Disabled people＇s federation in Bazhong City of Sichuan Province has achieved a lot of fruits in constructing the cause of the disabled people.Focused on accurate poverty reduction,it has made breakthroughs in reforming mechanism and explored innovated social system.It will stick to advanced planning,accurate poverty reduction,effective communication channel,activating the subject and system innovation to comprehensively put forward the well-off process for the disabled.
