全国农村贫困残疾人状况分析与精准扶贫对策

Status Quo of the Rural Disabled and Policy Design of Accurate Poverty Reduction for Them

通过党和政府及社会各界的共同努力,全国农村贫困残疾人基本生活和生产状况已经得到有效改善,但与社会平均水平仍存在较大差距。精准扶贫是真正实现残疾人脱贫的必由之路,应大力推进精准扶贫的战略方针,制定与实施农村贫困残疾人精准扶贫和精准脱贫的措施,全力打好精准脱贫攻坚战,加快推进残疾人小康进程。

Through the common efforts of the CPC,the government and society,basic living conditions and production conditions of the rural disabled have been effectively improved,but still left behind by the social average levels.Accurate poverty reduction is the only way to lift the disabled people out of poverty.Strategies of accurate poverty reduction should be promoted;measures of accurate poverty reduction and alleviation should be planned and implemented in rural areas.More efforts should be made to fight against poverty and promote well-off process of the disabled,in order to accelerate the process of well-off for the disabled.
