摘要
智力残疾人支持性就业是一个系统的支持过程,由服务申请与职业评估、岗位开发与职业训练、工作适应与持续支持三个紧密关联的环节组成,受家庭环境、机构环境、训练方式、跟进督导机制等多个因素影响,任何一个支持环节的缺失或障碍,都会导致智力残疾人无法顺利工作。智力残疾人支持性就业过程中,家庭、雇主、机构、政府在支持性就业系统的不同环节,发挥不同的作用,迫切需要参与各方对支持过程建立完整的认知视野和共识,形成紧密团结的有机协作关系。
Supported employment is a supportive system composed of a plurality of closely related links,including service application and occupational evaluation,job development and occupational training as well as work adaptation and continuously support.The lack or barrier of any links will result in that the mental disabled people cannot work well.During the process of supported employment for the intellectual disabled,family,employer,institute and the government should play their unique role.It's an urgent task to establish complete knowledge,visions and common sense to form a united and integrated relationship.
