摘要
目的探究HPV感染者阴道细菌感染特征,为HPV感染者及时预防及纠正阴道菌群的紊乱,避免或者减缓其发生宫颈上皮内瘤变或者宫颈癌提供科学依据。方法选取我院2011年12月-2014年10月门诊300例疑似HPV感染患者作为研究对象,将其作为实验组,并选择同期进行健康检查的300例妇女作为对照组,采取需氧菌阴道炎/细菌性阴道病五项联合测定及白带常规检查,对HPV感染者生殖道感染类型进行鉴别诊断,了解HPV持续感染与宫颈上皮细胞异常增生者阴道微生态变化。结果需氧菌阴道炎/细菌性阴道病五项联合测定技术敏感性为99.33%,特异性为99.00%,PH值、菌群变化以及细菌性阴道病是HR-HPV感染的危险因素(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论乳酸杆菌会抑制阴道常见的病原体的繁殖和感染以及宫颈上皮细胞异常增生及癌变,HPV感染的发生和患者阴道黏膜乳酸杆菌减少、阴道菌群失调有关,对于HPV感染患者,应该注意预防及纠正阴道菌群的紊乱,以避免或减缓其发生宫颈上皮内瘤变或宫颈癌。
【Objective】To explore the HPV-infected vaginal bacterial infection characteristics, timely prevention and correction of vaginal flora disorder for HPV infection, avoid or mitigate the incidence of cervical neophilia or cervical epithelium provide a scientific basis. 【Methods】A hospital in December 2011- October 2014 outpatients 300 cases of HPV infection in patients with suspected as the research object, as the experimental group, and select the same period a health check of 300 cases of women as a group, take aerobic vagina inflammation/bacterial diagnosis five joint measurement and routine vaginal examination, HPV-infected genital tract infection type differential diagnosis, understanding persistent HPV infection and cervical splashily were vaginal micro flora changes. 【Results】Aerobic infinitives/bacterial diagnosis five joint measurement techniques sensitivity 99.33% and a specificity of 99.00%, PH value, flora and bacterial diagnosis HR-HPV infection is a risk factor(P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant. 【Conclusion】Bacillus can inhibit reproduction and infection and cervical splashily and cancer, HPV infection and vaginal mucous in patients with vaginal bacilli common pathogen reduction, vaginal flora related to HPV infection, you should pay attention to the prevention and correct vaginal flora disorder, in order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of cervical neophilia or cervical epithelium.
