MCP-4、MDC和IgE在毛细支气管炎的表达及其与发病相关性研究被引量：2

摘要目的分析与探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-4(MCP-4)、巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(MDC)与血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)在毛细支气管炎的表达及其与发病的相关性。方法采用随机方法选取2014年3-12月在我院接受治疗的50例毛细支气管炎患儿,将其设定为观察组,根据患病程度又分为轻度组及中重度组,同期选取50名健康儿童,设定为对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定观察组与对照组的血清MCP-4、MDC与IgE水平。结果观察组患儿血清MCP-4、MDC与IgE水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。通过直线相关分析发现,毛细支气管炎患儿血清MCP-4、MDC与IgE成正相关性。毛细支气管炎急性期,患儿血清MCP-4、MDC及IgE水平和患者疾病严重程度存在相关性,中重度患儿血清MCP-4水平明显高于轻度患儿,且IgE水平明显高于轻度患儿(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。中重度患儿MDC水平比轻度患儿高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MCP-4、MDC均参与毛细支气管炎发病过程,IgE作为特异体质的指标之一,血清IgE增高是毛细支气管炎的危险因素之一,血清MCP-4水平可作为儿童毛细支气管炎诊断和病情评价指标,并对指导治疗具有重要的临床价值。
