胰岛素对数种缩血管物质作用的影响

Insulin Influencing Response Effects of Several Vasocontrictive Agents

用ＳＤ大鼠的离体动脉血管考察了胰岛素影响数种缩血管物质的作用。结果发现：在含有１ｍ Ｕ／ｍ ｌ胰岛素环境中，胰岛素对数种缩血管作用机制不同的物质有程度不同的血管增敏作用。对去甲肾上腺素、ＥＴ－１ 和ＫＣｌ有明显的增敏效果，对血管紧张素Ⅱ有增敏趋势，但无显著性差异，对５－羟色胺无增敏效应。

Aortic rings of SD rats were used to investigate the influence of insulin for several vasocontrictive agents.The results showed that:insulin could be hypersensitive effects for vasocontrictors with different scales.Insulin could potentialize the vasocontrictive effects of norepinephrine、endothelin land KCL,and increse the effcets of angiotensin Ⅱ but no difference,5 hydroxytryptamine without effects.It is suggested insulin could be an important role in hypertension.
