透气钉栽培试验

摘要 对透气钉栽培试验中涨袋率、接种成活率、污染率、菌丝生长速度、刺孔、病虫害发生率、病虫感染状况和菇品质量性状进行了对比分析,结果证明透气钉能够解决好氧型食用菌菌棒均衡主动增氧的问题,真正实现零胀袋灭菌,减少感染率,降低人工成本,可提高好氧型食用菌生产的质量性状。 Sack expanding rate,survival rate of vaccination,pollution rate,mycelial growth rate,puncture,incidence rate of pests and diseases,disease and insect infection status,and quality traits of mushroom products were analyzed contrastively in cultivation experiment of breathable nail. Results showed that breathable nail could solve the problem of aerobic edible fungi stick increasing oxygen actively. It truly realized sterilization for zero expansion of bag,reduced infection rate and reduced labor costs. It could improve quality traits of aerobic type edible fungus production.
