Scale Economic Benefit Mechanism of Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives

农机专业合作社的快速发展,不仅增加了农户的经济收入,还解决了"未来由谁种田"的大问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。农机专业合作社规模经济效益主要来源于提高土地使用率、降低生产成本、合理配置资源、推广新技术、抢占作业市场、节约运行成本和延伸产业链条等途经,但现实运行中仍存在着人力成本高,融资成本大,生产、管理及违约风险大,基础设施差,土地流转难以及社员素质低等问题。从缓解资金缺口、构建稳定发展环境和加强自身建设等方面提出促进农机专业合作社发展的对策建议。

Rapid development of agricultural cooperatives not only increased the farmers＇ income,but also solved problem of ＇who till land in the future＇. Good economic and social benefits were achieved. Source of scale economic benefit for agricultural cooperatives were improving land use rate,reducing production cost,rational allocation of resources,promotion of new technologies,seizing operation market,saving operating costs,and extending industrial chain. But problems such as high labor costs,high financing costs,risk of production,management and default,poor infrastructure,difficulty of land circulation and low membership quality were still existed in the operation of reality. Finally countermeasures and suggestions to promote development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives were put forward from ease funding gap,build a stable development environment and strengthen its own construction.
