摘要
基础原材料是现代高新技术产业的基础、先导和重要组成部分,其发展关系到国民经济、社会发展和国家安全。随着我国经济形势的变革,基础原材料的科技发展成为不容忽视的问题。本文综合报道了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年》颁布以来,我国基础原材料技术的政策部署、技术进展与成效,以及领域专家在新形势下发展基础原材料技术的对策建议。
Basic raw materials is the basis for the pilot and important part of modern high-tech industries.Its development is relatedto national economy, social development and national security.As China＇s economic situation changes, technological development of basic raw materials has become a problem can not be ignored. This paper reported that since the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline（2006-2020） implementation, progress and achievements to China＇s basic materials technology as well as many experts recommend for future development.
