论微课促进教学智慧生成的价值、过程与策略 被引量:6

摘要 微课以其主题突出、短小精悍、灵活多变等特性在数字化时代的发展背景下应运而生,成为促进教师教学智慧生成的新途径。微课促进教师教师教学智慧生成具有以下时代价值,教师学习方式的变革,构建教师螺旋式成长模式,形成自由对话的教师文化,外显教学智慧生成的内在机理等。教师在应用、开发、反思微课的过程中促进教学智慧螺旋式生成:教师理性智慧在微课应用中不断重构;教师实践智慧在微课开发中不断提升;教师德性智慧在微课反思中得以内化。促进教师教学智慧生成的微课实施策略包括:构建相关教师教育微课培训课程、建立微课资源库、开展微研究、组建微课共同体等。 Micro- Video Curriculum( The following content is referred to as MVC) is put forward with the characteristics of outstanding theme、short、good flexibility and some others during the digital age,and it has become a new way of promoting teachers' teaching wisdom generated. The time values basically are as follows,such as changing the Teachers' learning style,building the teacher spiral growth model,forming the teacher culture free conversation,and expliciting the inner mechanism of the teaching wisdom generated. During the process of the application,development and reflection on the MVC,teachers' teaching wisdom is generated: Teachers' rational wisdom is constantly refactoring in the applications of MVC; Teachers practical wisdom is continuously improving in the development of MVC; The teacher's virtue of wisdom is gradually internalizng in the reflection of MVC. About the implementation strategies of MVC promoting teaching wisdom generated,I put forward the following suggestions: building related MVC training courses of teacher education; setting up the MVC repository; carrying out the micro- research; forming the MVC learning community.
