摘要
本文对2012年的诺贝尔经济学奖获得者阿尔文·罗斯的市场设计理论进行分析,认为罗斯的理论存在可以继续拓展的空间——它忽视对企业内部交易机制的研究。高校毕业论文指导教师的分配属于典型的企业内部交易,本文以协和学院国际商学系为例,分析当前福建高校毕业论文指导教师分配机制的特点,并发现其存在的不足,在此基础上对毕业论文指导教师分配机制进行重新设计,以期提升指导教师和毕业生之间匹配度和学生对论文指导的满意度,以达到提高本科高校教研质量的目的。这不仅对我国高校毕业论文导师分配机制的改进具有一定的参考意义,也能进一步丰富市场设计理论。
This paper analyzed the theory of market design of Alvin E. Roth,the Nobel winner in Economic Sciences in 2012. We contend that there is some room to extend——It lacks the research for the inner- enterprise trading market. The tutor's allocation of graduation theses in university belongs to the typical inner- enterprise trading market. This paper takes International Business Department of CUC as an example to analyze the feature of tutor allocation mechanism as well as its deficiencies; on this basis,this paper redesign the mechanism to promote the match between tutors and undergraduates and to improve the quality of teaching and scientific research. This not only offers a reference for the improvement of the allocation mechanism,but also enriches the theory of market design.
