摘要
抗战之前,南京国民政府的华侨教育政策缺乏统一的主管机构,实施范围和效力也相当有限。抗战全面爆发后,为增强中华民族的凝聚力,支持全民抗战,通过成立设计研究机构,开展华侨教育调查,增设华侨教育学校,优待归国侨生升学等措施,进行了系列的调整与应变。但直至战后,华侨教育政策的固有缺陷并未得到实质性的改善,反而表现得愈加明显。
Nanjing national government lacks a unified administration on the overseas Chinese education before the anti-Japanese war. However, after the breakout of the war, efforts are made to investigate into the overseas education, open more schools, make policies in favor of the returned overseas students see- king education at home, for the purpose of attracting more Chinese against Japanese aggression.
