摘要
邮轮旅游的邮轮物资供应实际就是一条以邮轮公司为核心,上游连接着物资供应商,下游连接着邮轮的价值链。本文构建了邮轮物资供应链的模型,并分析了国际邮轮物资供应链的特点,根据特点从采购和运输两个角度分析邮轮供应链的环节,并提出相应的措施。
Cruise supply is a value chain with the core of the cruise company, which connects the materials suppliers upstream and the cruise downstream. This research paper constructs a cruise supply chain model and analyze the characteristics of it, describes the cruise supply chain links from procurement and transportation and put forward the optimization measures of each link.
