新生代创业者创业卷入、创业环境感知与创业绩效的相关性研究

Research On Relationship Among The New Generation Entrepreneur's Entrepreneurial Involvement,Entrepreneurial Environment Perception And Entrepreneurial Performance

整个社会对创业的态度已发生变化,85后新生代创业者开始崛起并在创业大潮中发挥重要作用。本文结合创业卷入和创业环境感知,以新生代创业者为研究对象,进行实证分析。结果表明,新生代创业者的创业卷入对创业环境感知、创业绩效及其维度有显著的正向影响,创业环境感知在创业卷入与创业绩效间起到部分中介作用。最后,基于实证分析提出了对新生代创业的思考。

With the post-85 new generation entrepreneur spring up, attitudes of the social towards en- trepreneurship have changed and the new generation entrepreneur are playing an important role in the field of the entrepreneurship. This thesis deals with the new generation entrepreneur in this area, and empirical analyses re- lationship among the new generation entrepreneur＇s entrepreneurial involvement and entrepreneurial environment perception. The result is that entrepreneurial involvement has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial environment perception and entrepreneurial performance, and entrepreneurial environment perception has a cer- tain intermediary role. Lastly, based on the empirical analysis, this thesis puts forward entrepreneurship of the new generation entrenreneur.
