摘要
利用辽宁抚顺洗化厂的副产品—多组份重烷基苯为原料,通过优化磺化工艺合成三次采油用的表面活性剂。为优化产品提高原料转化率,本文首次提出了原料和产品有效含量"匹配度"(以下简称M)的概念,匹配度如磺化反应的计时器,从分子水平上可有效控制磺化反应的进程,指导表面活性剂的工业化生产。通过匹配度工艺参数的控制,优化出A、B段多组份烷基苯原料的最佳重量比为30-50wt%,产品合格率达95%以上。现场注入该工业化产品的四个试验区块,累计增油170万t以上,注水开发效果明显。
By the optimizing process,agood performance surfactant for enhancing oil recovery.This paper introduced a matching degree(M)about the effective content of raw material and production.A large number of experimental data indicated that M can control the progress of sulfonation validly just as a timer.Especially in the A and B sections of a multi-component alkylbenzene,it is a very important parameter,by which,the best weight ratio A to B 30_50%,the production of the 95 percent of pass could be gained.In field,after injection of complex system including this production,water cut dropped and recovery percent increased.Cumulative oil recovery 170×104t was increased in the four developed filed zone in Daqing area.
