Textile Recycling Industry Rising

＂旧衣零抛弃＂是废旧纺织品资源化利用的终极理想,同时也吹响了废旧纺织品产业的集结号角去年6月,由中国纺织工业联合会主导的＂旧衣零抛弃＂活动在北京拉开帷幕。时隔一年,《旧衣零抛弃——2014/2015我国废旧纺织品回收与再利用研究报告》在社会各界的关注下问世。中纺联会长王天凯在序言中写到,提出＂旧衣零抛弃＂这一口号,

Out of the 50—million—ton fiber produced annually,20 million tons are consumed by domestic market.If calculated in a 3—5 year life period,5—10 million tons of wasted cloth and textile is generated every year in China.Such wasted fiber,if reused,equals over 6 million tons ot annual cotton production.China Textile Waste Reuse and Recvcling Report 2014/2015 has been recently released.Full recycling ot textile waste is the final goal of textile waste reutilization,calling for the textile waste industry' s development.
