基于中下面层的乳化沥青厂拌冷再生配合比优化设计

摘要 我国乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料一般作为基层使用,国内外研究表明,设计合理的乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料同样可以用在中下面层.本研究参考贝雷法级配设计理念,提出以CF比和CA比作为乳化沥青厂拌冷再生设计参数,研究不同CF比和CA比对其路用性能的影响.室内试验结果表明,CF比和CA比存在一个合适的范围使厂拌乳化沥青冷再生沥青混合料的路用性能在此范围内使用效果较好,并根据中下面层的功能特点,考虑乳化沥青冷再生混合料的强度、高温性能和水稳定性能,推荐中粒式乳化沥青厂拌冷再生的CF比区间为(0.7~1.2),CA比为(0.7~1.1).通过试验段对以CF比和CA比选取的级配进行验证,结果表明设计的混合料具有良好的路用性能. In China,the emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling mixture are commonly used as a base. Boththe domestic and foreign research shows that reasonable designed emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recyclingmixture can be used in the middle and lower layer of asphalt pavement. Based on the bailey method,we studied the effectof different CF ratio and CA ratio on the performance of mixture and proposed CF ratio and CA ratio in designing theemulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling mixture. All the laboratory experiment results show that when the CFratio and CA ratio in an appropriate range,the performance of the emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recyclingmixture is good. Considering the functions of the middle and lower layer in asphalt pavement,and the high temperaturestability and water stability of the emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling mixture,we recommend that the CFratio is between 0.7 and 1.2,and the CA ratio is between 0.7 and 1.1. Through the test section,the results show thatit has good performance of the designed emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling mixture.
