结构保温陶粒混凝土的优化配制及应用

摘要 主要讨论了陶粒混凝土强度和保温性能的影响因素,匹配水泥砂浆强度与陶粒强度,得到陶粒混凝土的优化配比,满足CL10结构保温轻集料混凝土的要求.制作的陶粒混凝土砌块,通过孔设计和孔处理,当量导热系数与同密度等级的加气混凝土砌块相当. This paper mainly analyzed the factors affecting the strength and insulation performance of ceramsiteconcrete. By matching cement mortar strength with ceramsite strength,we got an optimized mix proportion of concrete,which met the requirements of CL10 lightweight aggregate concrete. The equivalent thermal conductivity of ceramsiteconcrete block,which has been performed hole design and hole processing,was close to aerated concrete with thesame density level.
