With the advancement of media convergence,the cluster development of sci-tech journals is becomingmore and more important. The opportunity and influence of media convergence on the development sci-tech journals,the development mode and existing problems Platform of sci-tech journals at home and abroad were introduced.Learning from the experience of some excellent professional journals cluster platform,we proposed a mode of provincialsci-tech journals cluster platform with digital editing,digital publishing,digital display and communication.
