极端环境下尾矿库在线监测技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 尾矿库是金属矿山的重要高势能危险源,一旦发生事故,将对矿山乃至下游人民群众的生命财产带来严重威胁。由于尾矿库地处偏远,自然环境恶劣,常处于暴雨、雷电、大风等极端气象条件下,尾矿库在线监测系统的安全性和可靠性受到了严重威胁。为此,针对极端气象条件下的尾矿库安全在线监测需求,重点研发了高可靠性泛在信息采集装置、智能分布式供电技术与装置、混合式自愈Mesh网络通信技术与装备、尾矿库应急指挥手持终端等关键技术和设备,大幅提升了尾矿库安全在线监测系统的工业适应性。 Tailings dam is a kind of high potential energy hazard in nonferrous mine, which may cause serious loss of treasure even life of downstream area once disaster occurs. However, due to the harsh environment, espe- cially rainstorm, lightening stroke, gate, etc. , the reliability and safety of on-line monitoring system is always under threatened. In order to solve the problems of the tailings dam safety monitoring system in harsh environment, aiming at the bottleneck of these systems, we focus on the encapsulation and protection of data acquisition station, intelligent distributed power supplier, mesh access point, multi-source information fusion, portable dispatching pad, which enhanced the industry applicability of tailings dam safety monitoring system.
