摘要 研究塑解剂DBD用量对胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入塑解剂DBD,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间和t90缩短;随着塑解剂DBD用量的增大,胶料的塑性稳定性增大,炭黑分散性提高,硫化胶的耐磨性能和耐压缩疲劳性能变化不大;当塑解剂DBD用量为0.05~0.11份时,硫化胶的物理性能较好。 The effect of peptizer DBD on the properties of tread compound was investigated.The results showed that,by adding peptizer DBD in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,and the Mooney scorch time and t90 were shortened.As the addition level of peptizer DBD increased,the plastic stability of the compound and carbon black dispersion were improved,and the wear resistance and compression fatigue resistance of the vulcanizates changed little.When the addition level of peptizer DBD was 0.05~0.11 phr,the physical properties of the vulcanizates were good.
