家庭农场组织形式研究

家庭农场是推动农业生产现代化的重要举措,具有成员权属性、家庭属性、农业生产属性和现代化属性。关于家庭农场组织形式没有统一规定,在可供选择的个体工商户、个人独资企业、普通合伙企业和有限责任公司四种组织形式上,实际上存在着成员权属性、家庭属性与农业生产规模化、市场化的博弈,家庭农场的成员权和家庭属性是其根本属性,规模化和市场化不能对此否定。家庭农场组织形式的应用应当在我国现有的家庭联产承包责任制的基础上,结合当地实际情况,选择适合当地发展的模式,有效破解发展过程中的土地问题、融资问题、规模化生产问题和经营管理问题等。

Family farm is an important measure to promote agricultural production modernization, which has the attribute of member＇s right, family property, agricultural production and modernization. There is no uniform organization of family farms, which can be individual industrial and commercial households, individual proprietorship enterprises, general partnership enterprises and limited liability companies. Actually, there is a game between member＇s right to property, family property and agricultural production scale and market, in which family members＇rights and family property is the fundamental that can＇t be denied by scale and market. The choice of family farm organization form should fit in with the local developmentbased on the existing household contract responsibility system and the localsituation to effectively solve the problems of land, financing, scale production and management issues.
