基于VRSDEA模型的中国木材加工业上市公司生产效率实证分析

Empirical Analysis on Production Efficiency of Listed Companies in Chinese Wood-processing Industry Based on VRS DEA Model

以中国木材加工业上市公司为研究对象，选取劳动力投入、科技人员和固定资产作为投入指标，主营业务收入作为产出指标，运用VRSDEA模型对中国木材加工业上市公司2008～2012年的生产效率、敏感度等进行分析。结果表明：中国木材加工业上市公司的整体效率虽逐年增加，但目前来说还不高，主要是因为纯技术效率过低，规模效率也存在很大的提升空间；同时，发现大部分中国木材加工业上市公司都处于规模收益递增阶段。由敏感度分析得出，劳动力敏感性最大，其次是固定资产。最后，建议中国木材加工业公司应从技术创新和规模扩大两方面提高生产效率。

Taking listed companies in Chinese wood-processing industry as research subject, selecting labor input, scien- tific and technical personnel and fixed assets as investment index, and choosing the main business income as output indica- tors, the paper analyzes the productivity, sensitivity, etc. of listed companies in Chinese wood-processing industry in 2008 to 2012 by VAS DEA model. The result shows that the overall efficiencyis not enoughthough ithas been increasing annually. The main reason is that pure technical efficiency is too low, and there is huge scope for the improvement. Meanwhile, most Chinese listed companies in wood-processing industry are found to be in the stage of in- creasing returns of scale. In the analysis of sensitivity, the sensitivity of labor force is the largest, followed by the fixed assets. Finally it suggests improving production efficiency in technological innovation and scale expansion.
