摘要
滚动轴承因具有摩擦力小、维护保养简便等优点被广泛应用于工业、农业、国防和高科技等领域。轴承的装拆方法非常重要,它对主机预期的性能指标、轴承应有的寿命和精度及其使用维护成本都有很大影响。目前常用的装拆方法有压力法、液压法及温差法。在分析压力法和液压法的优缺点和不同应用场合的基础上,详细介绍了滚动轴承温差法装拆工艺。
Because of its advantages such as small friction force, convenient maintenance and so on, rolling bearings are widely used in industry, agriculture, national defense and high-tech field. Disassembling and assembling method of rolling bearings is very important, which has bearing on expected performance index of main engine, due lifetime and accuracy and using & maintaining cost. Pressure method, hydraulic method and temperature difference method are commonly used. Based on analyzing advantages and disadvantages and various application situations of pressure method and hydraulic method, temperature difference method was introduced in detail.
