摘要
为了降低生产成本、保障人身安全,为鼓风炉加料装置设计了一种能在恶劣环境下工作的气控回路。按照工作要求,提炼气动执行元件的工作程序并对工作程序进行校核及校正,采用X-D线图法设计气控回路,并利用Fluid SIM软件对所设计的气控回路进行仿真分析。结果表明:设计的气动回路能够在满足工作要求的前提下稳定完成自动加料任务。
In order to reduce production cost and ensure worker safety, a pneumatic loop for blast furnace feeding device was designed which could work in bad environment. According to the requirement, the procedures of pneumatic actuators were checked and corrected; then X-D diagram method was used to design the pneumatic loop. Finally the pneumatic loop was simulated by using FluidSIM software. The results show that the design can stably complete the task of automatic feeding.
