摘要
针对加氢装置用高压力级锻钢闸阀的工况条件、设计与研制难点,进行了阀体通用化结构、密封填料系统、密封填料检测系统等关键部件的设计;控制了原材料进货检验、焊接加工、密封试验装备的配套设计等关键过程。压力试验结果和客户使用情况说明,研制的加氢装置用高压力级锻钢闸阀能适应苛刻的工况条件。同时对加氢装置用高压力级锻钢闸阀的主要设计参数、设计规范、压力试验等进行了阐述。
On account of the operating conditions, design and development difficulties of the high pressure level forged-steel gate valve used for hydrogenation device, the general structure of valve body, packing system and sealing filler detection system were designed. The key processes about raw material incoming inspection, welding, corresponding design of sealing test equipment were controlled. Pressure test results and customers using effect show that the developed high pressure level forged-steel gate valve used for hydrogenation device can adapt to the harsh operating conditions. Also the main design parameters, design specification and pressure testing of the high pressure level forged-steel gate valve were illustrated.
