摘要 飞剪轧件剪切精度很大程度上取决于位置控制效果。目前伺服飞剪系统在国内许多制造企业中广泛应用,传统位置环控制难以达到控制效果。针对工业实际飞剪系统具有强扰动、变参数等特点,结合黄石90 k W伺服系统飞剪改造工程实际情况,构造了一个阶梯型位置控制环,并利用模糊控制调节速度环PI参数从而对系统进行优化,实现对飞剪位置的更精确控制。结果表明:该系统快速响应能力强。实践证明基于模糊控制的飞剪系统具有良好的控制效果。 Shearing accuracy largely depends on the position control. The servo flying shear system is widely used in many domes- tic manufacturing enterprises, the traditional position control is hard to achieve the control effect. According to the actual situation of industry flying shear system with strong disturbance, variable parameters, combining with the transformation project of 90 kW servo sytem of flying shear, a ladder type position control loop was constructed, and the fuzzy control was used to optimize the system by adjusting the PI parameters to achieve more precise control to the flying shear position. The result shows that system's response is rapid. Practice has proved that the flying shear control system based on fuzzy control has a good control effect.
