摘要
介绍了高炉卷扬调速系统的运行过程,并从安全可靠的角度分析了实际生产中常见的两种卷扬调速系统,阐述了它们的不足,在此基础上提出了一种使用PLC和全数字化调速装置实现的卷扬优化调速系统——基于智能自适应力矩跟随切换的卷扬调速控制系统,并在某钢铁公司二号高炉主卷扬系统应用中取得了良好的效果。
The running process of blast-furnace winch control system was introduced. The two kinds of winch control systems often used in production were analyzed from the points of security and reliability and their shortcomings were proposed. A winding optimization control system using PLC and full digital speed control device was presented which was called intelligent adaptive torque-speed follow switching winch control system. It was used in no. 2 blast furnace main winding system of a company and good effect was achieved in application.
