摘要
在AMESim仿真软件中,建立了反比例电磁溢流阀的模型。将该模型应用在智能风扇冷却系统中,通过仿真分析,得到在输入不同占空比PWM电流信号时,溢流阀电磁线圈、阀芯位移、溢流压力、溢流流量、马达流量等动态响应曲线,为实现智能风扇冷却系统的控制提供了理论依据。
In the AMESim software, the inverse-proportional relief valve dynamic model was buih. Through simulation analysis, the dynamic response curves of the solenoid relief valve were obtained, including the curves of valve core displacement, relief pressure, relief flow and motor flow at PWM signals with different input duty cycle. It provides a theoretical basis for the control to intelligent fan cooling system.
