摘要
上海金沙江真北路人行天桥横跨中环线和轨道交通13号线,其4个主桥墩呈自下而上逐渐变宽、包含24个侧立面的不规则类梯形台,选用了清水混凝土施工工艺作为表观装饰方案,故对混凝土模板的侧向刚度、整体稳定性、施工工艺精细程度提出了较高要求。通过运用有限元计算和三维建模技术,并经综合设计,总结了一整套适用于大型异形混凝土墩柱的定制钢模板施工技术。
Shanghai Jinsha River Road Zhenbei Road pedestrian overpass is across the Middle Ring Line and the Metro Line 13. Four main piers are getting wider from the bottom up, including 24 irregular trapezoid shaped side facades. The fair-faced concrete construction technology has been used for their apparent decoration. Therefore, the concrete formwork should meet higher requirements of lateral stiffness, integral stability and exquisite construction process. Through finite element calculation and three-dimensional modeling technology, along with the comprehensive design, a complete set of construction technology has been summarized, which is applicable to large special-shaped concrete pier constructed by the custom-made steel formwork.
