摘要 试验的样品是以铅锌为主并伴生铜硫等的多金属硫化矿。根据矿石特性,本次试验采用"先铅后锌"的优先浮选流程,选铅尾矿进行再磨控制锌入选细度,铅浮选过程中使用Zn SO4、Na2SO3及Na2S2O3的组合药剂抑制闪锌矿的上浮,通过实验室闭路浮选试验,得到铅精矿的品位和回收率分别为73.92%和84.72%,锌精矿的品位和回收率分别为49.11%和67.01%,且铅锌互含量达标。氧化锌占总锌的32.18%是导致锌回收率不高的主要原因。 We take polymetallic sulphide ore which are primarily lead and zinc associated with copper and pyrite as samples for this experiment. Flowsheet of lead preferential flotation was adopted based on the characteristics of the ores. Lead tails was regrinded to get a suitable fineness. Zn SO4,Na2SO3 and Na2S2O3 was used as inhibitor in zinc flotation process. As closed circuit test,the lead concentrate grade and recovery are respectively 73. 92% and84. 72%,zinc concentrate grade and recovery are respectively 49. 11% and 67. 01%. Meanwhile,lead and zinc mutual content reach to the standard. Zinc oxide accounts for 32. 18% of the total zinc is the leading cause for the low recovery.
