摘要
针对某复杂难处理金矿含金矿物赋存状态及嵌布特征复杂等特点,进行了不同流程方案对比试验,并进行了技术经济比较,最终推荐采用先浸出后浮选技术方案,该项技术可以获得的金总回收率为93.48%,较目前现场工艺提高金回收率19.06个百分点,该项技术如果可以成功工业应用,将不仅大幅提高该企业经济效益,同时对我国类似矿山具有较好的技术借鉴和指导价值。
For a complex refractory gold mine which gold mineral have complex occurrence state and the distribution feature,the study has carried on the test of different process scheme,and makes technical and economic comparison,the final recommended process flow is Flotaiton after cyanidation,the technology can get 93. 48% of the total gold recovery rate,which can improve the gold recovery rate of 19. 06 percentage points comparing with the present technology,this technology can be successful if the industrial application,will not only greatly improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,also has a good reference and guidance value to the similar mines in China.
