摘要
利用TZC-5沉降天平以及影像分析仪研究鲕状赤铁矿超微细颗粒在去离子水中的分散行为特征,探讨了溶液p H、分散剂、还原剂以及复合力场对于鲕状赤铁矿单矿物体系的分散效果及其作用机理。研究结果表明,单矿物体系下,p H越大,分散效果越好;六偏磷酸钠比另外两种分散剂的分散效果好;还原药剂选择添加硫酸亚铁0.66 mmol/L效果最好;而在有复合力场的条件下,超微细颗粒的沉降比大于无复合力场时的沉降比。
In this paper,the dispersion stability and inducing aggregation of oolitic hematite in water was investigated with TZC-5 sedimentation balance and image analyzers. The performance and mechanisms of some influencing factor such as pH,dispersants,reducing agents and compounding force field dispersion was discussed.Experimental results showed that in the single mineral system,the bigger pH is,the better dispersion is.( Na PO3)6are more effective dispersant in comparison with other two dispersants. Fe SO4 is preferred to be chosen and the dosage is selected with 0. 66 mmol / L. Furthermore, settlement ratio of ultrafine particles is bigger in the compounding force field than not.
