摘要
研究La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSMO)对3Y-ZrO2陶瓷的助烧作用以及性能的影响。结果表明:LSMO的加入可使氧化锆致密化烧成温度由纯3Y-ZrO2陶瓷的1450℃降低到1370℃;当掺入的摩尔分数为2%时,陶瓷韧性可由初始的5.5MPa·m1/2增加到9MPa·m1/2。材料低温烧结带来的ZrO2晶粒细化以及LSMO/ZrO2原位反应新生相颗粒对裂纹扩展的阻碍作用有助于提高材料韧性。
The effect of La0.7Sr0.3Mn O3(LSMO)on sintering and toughness performance of 3Y-ZrO2 ceramics was studied. The result indicates that the addition of LSMO decreases the sintering temperature of zirconia from 1 450 ℃ to 1 370 ℃,and the toughness of ceramics increases from 5.5 MPa·m^1/2to 9 MPa·m^1/2when the adding amount is 2%. The grain refinement resulting from lower sintering temperature and the new grains from the reaction of LSMO/ZrO2 lead to the toughness improvement.
