摘要
转向装置是渔药喷施机的关键工作部件,它直接影响喷施机的喷施效果。本文在目前国内研发出的喷施机的基础上,设计了一种新型的转向器。为研究其强度特性,减少工作时的故障,应用Solid Works建立了转向器的三维模型,用Simulation对其进行了有限元分析,得到转向器在工作时的变形和应力大小,找出了其强度薄弱点。然后,对转向器进行了改进设计,并应用Simulation进行静态分析。结果表明,改进后的转向器的强度和刚度明显提高,可为其优化设计提供参考依据。
Steering device is the key working part of fishery drug spraying machine, and it affects the effect of spraying machine directly. Based on the current domestic developed spraying machine, a new kind of redirector was designed in this paper. In order to study the strength characteristics and reduce the breakdown in work, a three-dimensional model about redirector was created, and FEM analysis was used to it. The deformation and stress of redirector were obtained, and the weak points were found. Subsequently, the redirector was improved with Simulation. The resuhs showed that the strength and stiffness were obviously increased, and the research could provide reference basis for optimization design.
